Engal Kural (Our Voice) Protection of children at risk and children without parental care in western Tamil Nadu (2011-15) Project Aim: To strengthen community based care and protection mechanisms for children at risk of losing parental care and children living in kinship care and provide educational and emotional support to 3,000 children at risk of entering child labour/bonded labour/child marriage.
